If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
 

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
     

Custom or Personalized Orders:
Because each custom order is made uniquely for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us right away with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
